Domiciliary Care Assistant/ Home Care Assistant

Join our award winning and dynamic team as Domiciliary Care Assistant/ Home Care Assistant.

We are looking for committed and passionate carers to support our clients at their own home and make a difference to their day to day life. There are lots of opportunities to progress to senior roles or other departments based on your experience and interests.

Main responsibilities

• Prepare and service meals at their home
• Encourage to eat and drink on time
• Support with personal care, washing and dressing
• Prompting and support with medications
• Provide companionships - visit a nearby coffee shop or places of interest or plan on a activity such as walk, etc.
• Home help - light domestic duties and general tidy up
• Keeping the care standards high all the time and be up-to-date with training and development
• Update care plans

Skills & Experience

• You must have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• All applicants must have the right to work in UK
• Have a passion and genuine desire to provide excellent care
• You will have strong communication and organizational skills
• You will be reliable and punctual, trustworthy and honest
• No experience needed as full training will be provided.
